We are all eager to get COVID behind us. Before we do, schools have an opportunity to be thoughtful about what wasn't working in "normal" school, and use everything they learned from the twelve months of adaptation. This session will introduce a human-centered process to help schools emerge from COVID-era conditions with intention.
What have we learned during COVID that we want to keep doing? What needs have become clearer to us, and how can we meet them better?

In this workshop, we will introduce a human-centered process designed to carve out the time schools need to be thoughtful about what’s next, while making it manageable for you to do so. Participants will experience tools for helping their communities share their experiences, define what they've learned, and design better schools as a result.

Senior Leadership Teams
Leadership Teams are encouraged to attend together!
