Independent schools face growing pressures to enhance services and contain costs amid changing economic conditions. Meanwhile, the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers unprecedented potential to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and free staff for high-value work. However, many school leaders feel unsure how AI applies to their current processes or how quickly they should adopt it.
To address these challenges, this three-part workshop series equips school leaders with concrete strategies for leveraging AI effectively—now and in the future. Each session highlights practical use cases, emerging trends, long-term disruptions, and critical preparation steps to ensure that Florida’s independent schools remain competitive, financially viable, and true to their missions.
