PROSPECTIVE HEADS' INSTITUTE
This full-year program provides an opportunity to learn about the personal and professional qualities needed to lead effectively in today's culture. If you are currently serving in an administrative role and have given any thought to becoming a head of school or learning more about the responsibilities of a head of school, come and explore the many facets, challenges and rewards involved in a headship.

- Convention registration and luncheon ticket need to be purchased separately.

- Mission Inn, Howey-in-the-Hills, January 13-14, 2027
- FCIS Accreditation Team
- We highly suggest all those in the prospective heads program serve on an FCIS Accreditation Team while in the program.
- Closing Webinar
- Close the year with final questions for a panel of sitting heads.

REGISTRATION
Registration Cost - $635 Members | $735 Non-Members
Initial Registration Deadline - October 7, 2026 (after 10/7 it will be changed to 12/14)
Cancellation & Refunds: All hotel cancellations must be made directly through the hotel and in accordance with hotel policy. Prospective Heads' Institute refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to kdanger@fcis.org. There is a $100 per person processing fee through December 14, 2026, with no refunds after this date.
Hotel - $179 + $30 resort fee
Attendees will call 800-874-9053, during normal business hours, and reference the group name before reserving a room.
