Feedback from previous participants: What was the most valuable aspect of the Institute?
"Excellent program that any person considering becoming a Head of School in an independent school should attend."
"I enjoyed hearing powerful insights into headship from each of the faculty members. It was a wonderful opportunity to hear from distinguished heads of school. Understanding headships from a variety of perspectives was very beneficial."
"Identifying and learning about the various buckets that make up the Head's job, and how they all tie together. Also, it was interesting to hear from a wide variety of Heads, each of whom has their own approach and leadership style.."
"Talking with the Heads individually in a very open setting. Very personalized approach."
"Each session was focused on something that we really wouldn't know as an admin. It was truly preparing us for what may come."
"Governance was probably the most valuable, but it all flowed so well from start to finish. I felt at the end of the day on Thursday that I was prepared and confident to move forward as a Head of School."
