Series Description: This four-part workshop series, Demystifying Independent School Finance, helps school leaders understand key financial concepts and make more strategic decisions. It covers budgeting, financial aid, and a shift toward focusing on net tuition revenue. Participants receive practical tools and templates to track data, analyze trends, and support planning. The series concludes with key lessons and common pitfalls to help leaders avoid costly mistakes.

Registration Deadline: 1 week prior to the event date
Cancellation & Refunds: Workshop refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to Keara Danger at kdanger@fcis.org. There is a $10 per person processing fee for requests made up to 1 week prior to the event date, with no refunds after this date.
