Member Registration Fee - $120.00
Non-Member Registration Fee - $150.00
(Covers one attendee for all sessions, “Meet and Greet” food and beverages, and breakfast.)

Send 10 attendees and get 1 attendee FREE!!!!

Registration Deadline: Thursday,  January 10, 2019
A $10 per person late fee will apply for those conference registrations made after this date.

Cancellation & Refunds

All hotel cancellations must be made directly through the hotel and in accordance with hotel policy.
Convention registration refunds must be made in writing and emailed to kdanger@fcis.org. There is a $50 processing fee through Thursday, January 10, 2019, with no refunds after this date.
