After 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 19 (tables are in open spaces/not in an exhibit hall)

$750 - Non-School Attendee
$995 - Exhibit Table Only
$2,845 - Exhibit Table and Bronze Sponsorship
$4,497 - Exhibit Table and Silver Sponsorship
$6,000 - Exhibit Table and Gold Sponsorship
 
Exhibitor Fee includes:  6' x 24" table,  two chairs,  up to 2 representatives and basic WiFi.   No skirted booth space. 
  
Electrical and shipping provided at an additional charge.  All shipping must go through GEMS.  The hotel does not accept direct shipping.  

*Please note - FCIS Convention Sponsors (Placement:  Gold, Silver, Event, Bronze) will be given the opportunity to choose the location of their table.  Selections will begin the week of Sept. 1, 2025.   Spaces may be assigned earlier, should we sell out.  All others will be assigned by FCIS.
 
Electrical/Shipping/etc.
Electrical services may be ordered through Encore.   A link will be sent to the registration contact to order.
ALL SHIPPING must go through GEMS.   The hotel does not accept shipment of materials.

Program
This convention represents one of the largest gatherings of private schools in the state.  Sessions offer educational and administrative topics that pertain to all facets of preschool, elementary, middle, and upper school operations. In independent schools, both administrators and teachers are decision makers.

Attendee List
Our company policy does not permit us to release attendee lists.  You will have access to message and engage with attendees via the WHOVA/Convention App.  


Hotel Information
All guest room reservations should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency. Room rate is $159, plus applicable taxes. The easiest way to make your reservation is to use this weblink: HYATT RESERVATIONS.   The deadline for the guaranteed Convention rate is Tuesday, October 28, 2025, based on availability. Once the room block is sold out, there may not be rooms available at the group rate.  

Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to: kdanger@fcis.org. There is a $100 processing fee through August 8, 2025, with no refunds after this date.

Important Information For First-Time Exhibitors
We recommend that no valuables are left on or under the exhibit tables.  Computers, electronic devices, and any other valuable items should be kept in your possession overnight.
