Assistant Director of Professional Development

FCIS is excited to launch the search for an Assistant Director of Professional Development to join the FCIS team, beginning July 1, 2025.  Primary responsibilities will include managing in-service and certification for educators with the Department of Education, along with providing support in the planning and execution of in-person and virtual professional development events. 

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of independent school operations and staff development, along with a working knowledge of  state certification requirements.  Additionally, this individual needs to have a comfort speaking in front of large groups, as well as strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
