9:00AM - 3:00PM
We're all schools, but what business are you in?
Learn how to evaluate your school's financial model in the context of your local market and your competitive position within it.
This unique seminar is designed for Heads of School, Senior Administrators, and Chief Financial Officers to build and cultivate practices, policies and procedures that will strengthen the organization’s effectiveness in the area of finance. Through presentation, sharing of best practices, and social interaction, you will gain practical tactics to apply immediately; policies, procedures, and techniques to implement at your school; and a network of like-minded peers to call upon throughout your career. Participants are asked to bring some of their school's financial data, which they will analyze during the workshop. They will be given the opportunity to ask questions and to learn their competitive position in their local market.
