Designated a “Navel Honor School” by act of Congress, Admiral Farragut Academy offers a dynamic college preparatory curriculum organized within the framework of Naval traditions and procedures.  For 75 years, the Academy has emphasized academic excellence, leadership skills, community service, athletics, and character development. AFA boasts approximately 20% of its graduates received ROTC scholarships and appointments to the four major Service Academies.  In addition, AFA offers dual enrollment, AP and Honors courses to those students who qualify.  With a 15:1 student to faculty ratio, Farragut students enjoy readily accessible teachers and a tight-knit student body with a commitment to a common goal: to prepare themselves for higher education and beyond.
