Regional Caucuses

2017 FKC Regional Caucuses

Last year’s first annual FKC Regional Caucuses were such a hit that we decided to offer them again this year! Over 150 PK through Grade 3 educators came together last fall for an amazing professional development opportunity. Having a time to share and collaborate, along with making new teacher connections, are valuable things to all educators who attend workshops and conventions. These regional caucuses are designed to have open dialogue on topics shared by many early childhood educators, as well as act as a precursor to the FKC Convention in February. The caucuses are for all FKC Prekindergarten through Third Grade Teachers, and will include grade specific breakouts for time to address developmentally specific issues.

Please plan to attend this one day professional development opportunity. The only cost is a $15 fee to cover lunch expenses, and all participants will receive a certificate of participation.

The caucuses will be held in three FKC regions. Please identify the one closest to you and participate in this wonderful professional development opportunity. Each caucus will be attended, facilitated, and hosted by an FKC Board Member. It is also a great opportunity to have FKC board members answer any FKC questions you might have at that time. We look forward to welcoming you again this year!
